STEP 1
Property manager or board member visits our website, learns about the many benefits of our product and REQUESTS A FREE QUOTE.
STEP 2
A member of our sales team will work with the property manager or board member to find the package that is best suited for your condo building and based on that information will prepare a customized quote.
STEP 3
Once the decision to proceed is made, the property manager is asked to provide additional details on the building and the e-mail contact information for each of the owners. This information will help us customize the survey and is kept in the strictest of confidence.
STEP 4
A member of our questionnaire team will reach out to each owner via e-mail with a unique link and log-in information to a secure, confidential online questionnaire that has been designed specifically for your property. The questionnaire includes standard questions relating to the condo building, specific questions relating to issues that your condo building is grappling with, and spaces to make comments in their own words.
STEP 5
Owners are given time to complete the questionnaire. We recommend to all clients that they leave a window of 1 month for their owners to complete the questionnaire at their leisure. We will follow-up with a friendly reminder after two weeks for those who haven’t yet signed into the questionnaire. During this time, our customer service team is avaliable to answer any questions the owners may have.
STEP 6
Once we have received feedback from each owner, our questionnaire team will analyze the results and consolidate the findings into a comprehensive report that is provided to the board of directors and property manager . We recommend to all boards they they share the results with all the owners.
STEP 7
The information obtained in Step 1 – 6 is used by the board of directors and property manager to develop action plans and to shape the discussion at the annual general meeting.
